Issues accepting invitations to projects

Between 14:38 and 16:59 UTC, people experienced difficulties accepting project invitations, receiving an error message "Unable to accept invitation. An internal server error has occurred." A fix was implemented and the issue was resolved. People should now be able to accept their original invites. We continue monitoring closely and apologize for any impact this may have caused.
