Identified

We've identified an issue preventing the payment form from loading in Manage. Customers without a saved card are currently unable to add a payment method or upgrade their plan.

Existing subscriptions and saved payment methods are not affected.

The cause has been identified and a fix is being deployed. We'll post an update once it's live.
